Brides Want Silky, Soft, Beautiful Lips

My number one request from most brides is that you all want smooth, beautiful, sexy, kissable lips! If you are going for a baby soft, baby pink or nude lip look color for your big day, it is essential that you exfoliate your lips beforehand. Exfoliating dull, dry, flaky skin will help keep your lips in impeccable kissing condition for a super soft, super smooth result.

How to Get the Softest, Smoothest, Most Kissable Lips Ever?

Silky Soft Beautiful Lips - Exfoliate With Sugar

Exfoliate With Sugar, So Sweet!

Here is a great  technique I use on models to get their lips super smooth and photo ready. I exfoliate their lips with an incredible homemade sugar scrub. And here is what you’ll need to prepare the lip exfoliation recipe: ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup honey,  6 to 8 Vitamin E capsules, 1 tbsp. pineapple juice concentrate

Silky Soft Beautiful Lips - Sugar

Sugar acts as the abrasive and it dissolves so, no worries about “grit” getting in your mouth.

Begin preparing the lip exfoliation recipe by measuring ¼ cup of white granulated sugar into a small mixing bowl. The primary purpose of sugar in this recipe is to provide naturally strong exfoliation to your lips, helping you remove unsightly dead skin cells without causing irritation to your lips. Sugar is also a source of glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxyl acid that penetrates deeply into skin below dead skin cells and destroys them. In addition to exfoliation glycolic acid helps attract moisture to the skin, which is crucial for lips since they lack oil glands.

Silky Soft Beautiful Lips - Honey

Honey has anti-bacterial properties, is usually non-allergenic and tastes good.

Continue preparing the deep moisturizing lip exfoliation recipe by adding ¼ of a cup of runny honey to the mixing bowl and stirring the mixture until it is uniform. Honey is a natural humectant meaning it draws moisture to your lips. Its inclusion in the deep moisturizing lip exfoliation recipe will leave your lips feeling incredibly soft and looking lush and healthy.

Silky Soft Beautiful Lips - Olive Oil

Olive Oil moisturizes, protects, soothes, is tasteless in the scrub and is non-toxic.

Continue preparing the deep moisturizing lip exfoliation recipe by adding 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice concentrate to the mixture and stir. Pineapple is a natural source of bromelain a powerful enzyme that exfoliates will encourage new skin cell growth on your lips. Its also a source of Vitamin C that will further help to remove dead skin cells from your lips.  Add a few drops of olive oil (very effective as a moisturizing oil).  As an ingredient in a sugar scrub, olive oil penetrates skin to deeply moisturize but, it won’t clog your pores around the mouth. Natural glycolic acid contained in pure cane sugar gently dissolves dry skin while the sugar granules exfoliate, to remove dry dehydrated skin and expose fresh soft skin that absorbs moisture more effectively. Complete the moisturizing lip exfoliation treatment by squeezing 6 to 8 capsules of Vitamin E into the mixture and stir until the blend is uniform. Use 6 capsules for general lip exfoliation and moisturizing; if your lips are really dry, chapped or cracked use 8 capsules of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that will encourage cell growth and help heal and soothe damage to your lips. It is incredibly moisturizing when used on the lips and will leave your lips feeling soft and smooth.

Gently rub the mix on your clean lips. Make sure you lightly scrub all lip surfaces and the corners.

Your deep moisturizing lip exfoliation treatment is now ready for you use. Dip the corner of a soft washcloth into the moisturizing lip exfoliation treatment and apply a thick layer of it to your lips. Allow the moisturizing lip exfoliation treatment to set on your lips for several minutes. After letting the treatment set on your lips for at least 5 minutes gently scrub your lips with small circular motions. When finished wipe away excess lip exfoliation treatment then rinse with warm water until all of the lip exfoliation treatment has been removed. Apply a good lip balm right after exfoliating to nourish and moisturize the newly exposed skin. Viola’ Smooth, Soft, and Kissable Lips!!

Note: Remember to store the remaining moisturizing lip exfoliation treatment in the refrigerator it will remain fresh for several weeks. The lip exfoliation treatment is gentle enough to use on a daily basis.
