Golden Globes 2014 Red Carpet Bridal Looks
The 2014 Golden Globes Awards bash held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 12th) in Beverly Hills, recognizes excellence in television and film from 2013, and the leading ladies looked phenomenal on the red carpet. There were several amazing hair and makeup looks on the 2014 Golden Globes red carpet, but there were a few that really stood out.

Miss Golden Globe: The stars seemed to be on the same beauty wavelength, enhancing their natural allure with au natural makeup and gorgeous tresses!
Some stars got adventurous, while others simply stuck to what works. So, how do these looks inspire our 2014 brides? A lot of my brides request celebrity looks for their big day. At Bridal Makeovers we give all of our brides the celebrity treatment. We are wonderfully skilled at creating a dazzling yet classic look that is timeless and breathtaking, but most importantly, a look that’s perfect for you. The Golden Globes allows me to shed a spotlight on the up and coming celebrity inspired hair and makeup looks. Stars are used to having all eyes on them, so why not study their style for your big day? These red-carpet beauty looks will have you saying, “I do.”
I love the understated sophistication of minimal eye makeup, fresh porcelain skin, and silky, rosy lips and a touch of blush with tiny particles of pearl for barely-there shimmer. The overall result? Ultra-feminine and timelessly appealing.
Kate Mara arrived looking fabulous wearing a J Mendel dress on the red carpet at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards. Her fierce smoky eyes, pale lips, and soft, messy updo looked amazing! The overall effect? A look that’s free-spirited, coolly confident, and entirely covetable.
Jennifer stole the show. The American Hustle star and winner for Best Supporting Actress looked gorgeous with her stunning, wine-colored lip look that brought out her gorgeous light blue eyes. She was absolutely glowing, and that cute pixie haircut of hers deserves an award in itself.
Cate Blanchett’s hair and makeup looked flawless against in her black lace, high-necked Armani Prive dress. The regal glamour was the perfect look for the best actress award for her role in Woody Allen’s “Blue Jasmine.”
Naomi Watts “looked every bit the movie star” in a silvery-white Tom Ford number. The makeup artist blended gold and silvery shadows around the star’s eyes, followed with black mascara, and kept the lips a glossy, barely-there pink.

Dream in cream: Zooey Deschanel ‘s creamy skin, velvety red lip, and long lashes, super inspiring for the vintage bride.
Zooey Deschanel looked pretty as a picture in an Oscar De La Renta gown and matching heels. The off-the-neck cluster also showcased her sculpted cheeks and lush eyelashes; the deep side part added a retro twist.
Taylor Swift’s cat eyes and glossy red lipstick makeup look complemented the Carolina Herrara gown beautifully.
